Mary F. Fronk age 88 years, of Hillsboro, Wisconsin, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at Elroy Health Services in Elroy.
She was born on October 8, 1936 in Hillsboro, the daughter of Edward and Christina (Skala) Levy. Mary graduated from the Hillsboro High School.
Mary was united in marriage to Bernard R. Fronk on June 7, 1955 at St. John’s Catholic Church at Dilly. He preceded her in death on January 21, 2020.
Mary loved being on the farm, which they owned and operated for many years. She later worked at St. Joseph’s Memorial Hospital in Hillsboro as a dietary aide and cook.
She also enjoyed squirrel hunting, bowling and playing euchre and bingo. Mary was also known for making delicious raspberry pies.
Survivors include her children, Carrie (Liam) Bailey, Larry (Patti) Fronk, David (Julie) Fronk and Diane Fronk; grandchildren, Jessica, Jason, Tonya, Haley (Derek), Heather (Layne), Ayla, Erika, Jared and Elsie; and many great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Bernard, she was preceded in death by her Parents; a sister, Elizabeth (William) Langer and brother, Joseph E. Levy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Hillsboro, with Father Don Bauer officiating. Burial will be in the Wopat Bohemian Brotherhood Cemetery at Dilly. Visitation will be at the Church on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m.
